  • Concession cards Holders; Pension/ Health Care Card Holders /Veteran (DVA) Patients
  • Children under 16 years of age
  • Chronic Disease Management Plans & review
  • Referral RENEWAL or CHANGE (ONLY FOR REGULAR PATIENTS)
  • Follow up appointments for Investigations/test results ONLY

Weekends (Private Billing)
